We also have more than 250 units of large equipments, including gantry machining center, horizontal machining center, double housing planer, planer type milling machine, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, and floor type boner, as well as more than 160 units of traveling cranes capable for hoisting and handling of castings of various tonnages. To guarantee the product quality, we are equipped with advanced and reliable inspection and measurement equipment, including coordinate measuring machine, Creaform handheld 3D scanner, direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, universal tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, coloring flaw detector, impact tester, and Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers optical hardness tester. Our annual production is over 35, 000 tons wear-resistant steel castings, including jaw plate and guard plate for jaw crusher; Mantle and bowl liner for cone crusher; Blow bar, hammer and liner for impact crusher and hammer crusher; Liner for ball mill.
